The marketplace for short-term property-backed loans raised €5.8m (approximately £5m), with the lead investor being TMT Investments PLC, a UK venture capitalist and public company which was also an early investor in both Bolt and Pipedrive.

Other funders included Verve Ventures — investment manager for Swiss Immo Lab — and J&T IB and Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of Czech investment bank, J&T.  

The raise follows a successful equity fundraiser on the Seedrs platform in May — part of the Series A round — which exceeded its initial target by 260%.
