Omni Property Finance Limited halts new lending

Bridging & Commercial understands that Omni Property Finance Limited (OPFL) has ceased new loan originations.

The London-based specialist lender is a wholly owned subsidiary of investment management firm Omni Partners, which was the parent company of Amicus Finance.

OPFL funded deals secured against residential and commercial properties and land to professional property developers across England, Scotland and Wales.

The short-term property lender’s funding was provided via a specialist private credit structure.

B&C understands the lender has made a series of redundancies.

OPFL was contacted for comment, but did not immediately respond.
