The client required the funding to refinance and raise capital on their portfolio consisting of a variety of residential investment property types, including apartments, houses, HMOs, and small and large blocks of flats.
Solicitors were brought into the process from an early stage to ensure the borrower’s requirements could be met due to the complex company structure.
