FP Show 2021 introduces product masterclasses

The Finance Professional Show has announced it will host a series of masterclasses during this year’s event on 10th November.

During the 30-minute, CPD-accredited in-depth presentations, lenders and providers will share expert tutelage, case studies and advice on specific products to groups of up to 15 attendees.

The masterclasses held throughout the day will cover product areas including:

  • non-standard BTL lending
  • commercial bridging
  • the LDS Sales Guarantee
  • commercial mortgages
  • bridge-to-term
  • refurbishment lending
  • development plus powered by LDS

Lenders that have partnered with the exhibition to host these sessions include Together, Yorkshire Building Society, Glenhawk, Roma Finance, Blend Network, Octane Capital and LDS.

Speaking ahead of the event, Marc Goldberg, commercial CEO at Together, said: “The FP Show’s masterclasses are a fantastic opportunity for brokers to hear professionals from within the industry talking about their expert subjects and give valuable insight into opportunities within the market.

“It will be a forum for them to pose challenging questions to the country’s leading specialist lenders and a chance for brokers to learn about our own propositions, processes and criteria.”

Steve Smith, national sales manager at Roma Finance, added: “We’re so excited to come to the FP Show and get to meet brokers, peers and colleagues from across the industry again; we’ve really missed seeing people face to face.

"In Roma Finance’s bridge-to-term masterclass, we’re going to be shining a light on the benefits of this innovative product and how it can help your customers.

“We’ll look at who bridge-to-term best suits and in what circumstances it can work successfully, and talk you though our submission process as well as answering any questions you have.”

Those interested in participating in these masterclasses can do so without needing to pre-book, by simply registering to attend the day-long event

More masterclasses and the main stage conference programme are set to be announced in the coming weeks.
