West One joins MCI's lender panel

MCI Mortgage Club has added the bridging and BTL divisions of West One to its lender panel.

Club members will now have access to the specialist lender’s range of bridging loans for property refurbishment, semi-commercial/commercial assets, auction purchases and acquiring land with or without planning permission, which come with no ERCs.

They will also be able to access its BTL offering for individual and limited company landlords, available for houses, leasehold flats, maisonettes and new build properties, as well as HMO, MUFBs and holiday lets.

Melanie Spencer, head of MCI Club, said: “West One is a great addition to our lending panel as it offers a wide range of bridging and BTL options for our members.

“It shares with us our dedication to state-of-the-art technology with fast and flexible systems and a passion to help brokers and their clients.”

Nick Jones, sales director at West One’s bridging finance division (pictured above), commented: “We’re really pleased to be joining MCI at this time as the market is in a strong position and there some great opportunities.

“West One not only has a good range of products to deliver on those opportunities, but also service levels that will appeal to MCI’s members and their clients.”

Andrew Ferguson, MD at West One’s BTL division, added: “It’s a really positive step to be added to MCI’s panel, as it’s a growing club with a good reputation in the sector.

“We look forward to working with more brokers and open up the distribution further with our proposition which we feel is a great fit for MCI members.”
