The client wanted one lender to finance the entire portfolio, which comprises residential, retail, logistics and hospitality assets across the UK, primarily in the south of England.
Using its alternative lending database, Pitch 4 Finance placed the deal with a private bank, which provided the funds for the entire portfolio refinance at a rate of 3.2%.
