Melanie, who will be based in Manchester, will be implementing Sancus’ growth strategy in the North and increasing its presence and offer with supporting infrastructure across the North West and North East, initially by recruiting a business development team of property specialists.
Meanwhile, Jaxon will develop the existing sales team in the South, as well as increase awareness of the lender’s proposition.
With over 20 years of experience, Melanie joins the short-term property lender from Together, where she most recently worked as a national development director/head of affiliates.
Prior to this, she held roles at RateSetter, Funding Circle and Barclays.
