Arc & Co and DF Capital bolster teams




Arc & Co and DF Capital have added new members to their teams.

Arc & Co

Arc & Co has appointed Sophie Brown as a representative for south-east Asia.

In her new role, she will be based in Singapore and will provide debt advisory services with a focus on real estate.   

Sophie is a chartered accountant and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and debt structuring, having previously worked with a range of private equity-owned, family-owned and FTSE 250 businesses.

“Joining the Arc & Co team, with the experience and reputation within the development and commercial sector across all real estate asset classes, will add value to our clients in south-east Asia,” said Sophie. 

“I look forward to working with the team and being able to deliver the best possible advice to our clients.”

DF Capital

DF Capital has appointed Rachel Taylor as head of change and continuous improvement.

In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the continued development and delivery of business innovations across the bank, as well as monitoring and improving organisational processes to optimise efficiency and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Rachel, who has over 15 years of experience working in change management and business improvement roles within the financial services sector, joins the company from Aldermore, where she was a business manager.

Commenting on her appointment, Rachel said: “I’m thrilled to join DF Capital at what is a very exciting time.  

“My focus will be on delivering at pace, but also continuing with the delivery of great customer outcomes that we’ve become known for.  

“It’s great to be joining such a dynamic and passionate company and I look forward to helping the business grow.”
