Anderson, Wilde & Harris and YBS Commercial Mortgages make new hires




YBS Commercial Mortgages and Anderson, Wilde & Harris (AWH) have welcomed new team members.

YBS Commercial Mortgages

YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed Shaun Reynolds as a relationship director for Wales and the South West.

Shaun has 30 years of commercial lending experience, having previously worked as a banker at HSBC and Clydesdale Bank.

“YBS Commercial Mortgages has seen fantastic growth recently, which we’re committed to developing further,” said Shaun. 

“I’m delighted to join a very successful team and look forward to working with our borrowers and broker partners to build on this, with a number of deals already in the pipeline.”

Anderson, Wilde & Harris 

Anderson, Wilde & Harris has appointed Paul Tebbutt as a director within its valuation team.

Paul is a chartered surveyor and a RICS registered valuer with over 25 years of experience working in the sector, with a particular focus on development land and buildings across London and the Home Counties.

He also has experience of acting as an expert to the Court in respect of matrimonial valuations. 

In addition to his role at Anderson, Wilde & Harris, he also serves on the RICS panel of arbitrators to determine rent review disputes and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2010.

Commenting on his appointment, Paul said: “I am thrilled to be joining Anderson, Wilde & Harris and look forward to building on its continuing success as part of the valuation team, further strengthening it through my experience of residential and mixed-use development appraisal.

“I am excited that I will be able to connect with both new and existing lender clients and offer them an enhanced valuation platform.”
