The interactive event, which is part of a series launched earlier this year, will be moderated by Medianett’s managing director, Caron Schreuder.
The topic will be: 'Trends in bridging: a review of 2021 and predictions for 2022'.
Together’s intermediary sales manager Tanya Elmaz and specialist key account manager for London and the South Lorenzo Satchell will be joined by Racheal Harkins, head of bridging and commercial loans at Time Finance; and Alison Houghton-Corfield, national relationship director at Master Private Finance.
- Semi-commercial should be the domain of experienced landlords, claims broker
- Bridging industry urged to move away from 'us and them' mentality when it comes to valuations
- Brokers want trust and delivery from new bridging lenders, not 'silly rates'
The panellists will identify the top bridging trends of 2021 and will discuss what changes the broker and lender communities have seen this year, including the diversification of offerings and funding lines, as well as increased competition.
They will also share their views on what 2022 has in store for the bridging finance market in terms of emerging geographical trends, the evolution of product offerings, and others.
Registration is open and free to attend by all professionals working in the sector.
The panel will be taking questions during the event and attendees are encouraged to get involved.
It will also be available to watch after 18th November on B&C.
