He will head up the team responsible for maintaining and enhancing systems for Enra and its subsidiaries, West One, Enterprise Finance and Vantage Finance.
Aris has over 18 years of experience in developing web and mobile technology, having worked for several successful start-ups and scale-ups, as well as larger organisations across a range of industries.
He joins Enra from Vendigo, where he was chief technology officer.
The appointment is part of Enra’s goal of developing systems to support the services it provides to brokers, property finance professionals and homeowners.
The company has already built its in-house bespoke loan origination and broking systems, which cover bridging, development, BTL and second-charge finance.
Commenting on his appointment, Aris said: “As Enra’s CTO, my primary focus will be on our people and our unique technology, both of which are critical to our future.
- Foreign national investors are using bridging as an 'experience vehicle'
- This year's bridging trends and predictions for 2022
- Enra moves into eco-friendly office
“I’m really excited to be joining a great team and a very successful company, and I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and start contributing to Enra’s success.”
Stephen Hogg, chief operating officer at Enra, added: “I am delighted to welcome Aris to the team to support our next phase of growth.
“We are committed to continuous investment in our technology platform, and Aris joining the business further enhances our software development capabilities and will allow us to deliver the next stage of our technology strategy.
“He brings a wealth of experience in technology, leadership and development and I am looking forward to working with him to enhance our origination systems and further streamline our customer experience.”
Earlier this month, Enra announced its relocation to a new eco-friendly HQ in the centre of Watford.
