The 80% LTV options are now priced at 3.95% for standard BTL and 3.85% for its green BTL mortgage product, both of which also include no product fees, a free valuation and £350 cashback.
Meanwhile, the 75% LTV products have been lowered to 3.15% for standard BTL and 3.05% for green BTL mortgages.
Both 75% LTV options come with a £1,995 product fee, a free valuation and £750 cashback.

The products are available for professional BTL landlords — operating as limited companies or individuals — with four or more mortgages BTL properties.
They are suitable for financing HMOs, SSCs and MUBs, as well as holiday let properties.
Moray Hulme, mortgage sales director at Paragon Bank, said: “Landlords are looking to add to portfolios to satisfy growing levels of tenant demand.
“We have repriced some of our rates to provide investors with some competitive mortgages at 75% and 80% LTV.”
