TML has appointed Sara Palmer as head of distribution.

Sara will join the company in January next year from Santander, where she spent the last 13 years looking after key networks and distributors, alongside managing and building strategic relationships.

She also has significant experience in fintech, having previously worked at The Mortgage Engine.

“Joining TML at this stage of its growth journey, and at such an important time for specialist lending, is an opportunity I simply could not turn down,” said Sara.

Knight Frank Capital Advisory

Knight Frank Capital Advisory has appointed Andrey Redman and Farrah Brown as partners, and Ollie Wilkinson as a senior analyst.

Andrey — who will work within the equity advisory team — has 15 years of experience and joins the company from PwC’s debt and capital advisory division, where he was assistant director.

Meanwhile Farrah joins Knight Frank’s debt advisory team after spending 15 years at Nuveen Real Estate as head of treasury for Europe and APAC.

Lastly, Ollie joins the company from Watkin Jones, where he previously worked on BTR and PBSA forward-funding transactions.
