The announcement follows the bridging lender amassing a loan book of more than £20m in its first year of trading, with ambitions to double this in 2022.
“As managing director of MS Lending Group, I feel privileged to be joining Michael Stratton [CEO] and the team who have created a formidable business.” Said Rob.
“My experience and the past nine years within the financial sector have been invaluable; I am very excited to get started.”
Michael added: “I am delighted to welcome Rob to the team; his experience will be invaluable as we set large growth targets for 2022.
“His knowledge of the industry, as well as his reputation and ambition, make him a great fit for the MS Lending Group team.
“As we continue to put our customers at the forefront of every decision we make to enable lending to be easy, fast and flexible, Rob is the perfect individual to lead this.”
In August, the lender completed its largest ever loan, a £1.15m development exit bridging facility for two residential properties in Sunbury on Thames.
