Black & White Bridging has appointed Naeem Tabassum as financial director.
Naeem has 20 years of experience in financial management across multiple sectors, particularly in the bridging finance market.
Throughout his career, he has held numerous senior positions at various companies, including LendInvest and, most recently, Glenhawk.
Commenting on his appointment, Naeem said: “Black & White Bridging has come a long way in a very short period of time.
“It is an exciting time to join a business with so much energy and a clear plan of what it wants to become.
“I am looking forward to creating the foundations that will support its expansion and clear goal of becoming a fully-fledged leader in its field.”

Fisher German
Fisher German has appointed Charles Warrack as an associate director for its Birmingham office.
Charles specialises in the sale, letting and acquisition of offices, and has worked at various UK property consultancies, acting on behalf of a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, pension funds, local authorities and private high-net-worth investors.
In his new role, he will be working with occupiers to provide them with solutions which meet the future needs of their businesses, as well as advise landlords on tailor-made disposal strategies in order to identify suitable occupiers.
Commenting on his appointment, Charles said: “It is a very stimulating and interesting time in the office property market, with occupiers both reviewing and adapting to the accommodation they require going forward.

Nucleus Commercial Finance
Nucleus Commercial Finance has appointed Gurinder Mandir as a BDM for the Midlands, as it looks to extend its support to businesses across the UK.
In his new role, he will be responsible for building strong broker relationships in the area and educating the broker network on Nucleus’ product range and offerings.
Gurinder, who has worked in the finance sector for over a decade, joins the lender from Reparo Finance, where he served as a senior BDM.
Prior to this, he held roles at Barclays, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank.
“I am delighted to be joining Nucleus Commercial Finance and becoming part of this successful team, where I will be able to support a wide range of clients with a strong array of financial products,” said Gurinder.

He joins the company from Rosling King LLP, where he most recently worked as a partner.
