Sancus joins Knowledge Bank

Sancus Lending Group has added its criteria to the Knowledge Bank platform.

Sancus offers a range of short-term property lending solutions across the UK, including bridging and development finance.

Its Bridge by Sancus range provides bridging and refurbishment loans from £100,000 to £5m on terms up to 24 months and LTVs up to 75%.

Meanwhile, its development finance suite offers loans from £500,000 to £10m at up to 75% LTGDV and 85% LTC, with loan terms ranging from six to 24 months.

The products are available for professional landlords, property investors and developers, and construction specialists financing various projects, including:

  • ground-up developments of up to 80 units
  • residential, mixed-use, semi-commercial and HMO schemes
  • light and heavy refurbishments

The group also offers property lending in Ireland and the offshore jurisdictions of Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar where the offices are supported by experienced local teams.

Richard Whitehouse, sales director at Sancus (pictured above, right), said: “We have grown considerably over the last two years, with our UK business development team alone tripling in size since early 2021.

“Our focus on providing borrowers and their advisers with certainty and reliability has been a key pillar in driving our growth.

“When this is combined with our knowledge and expertise of the property lending sector, we believe we present a compelling proposition to the market.

“With the investment we have made in our business development team, this is absolutely the right time for us to join Knowledge Bank and bring our offer and specialist lending proposition to their database of professional brokers and intermediaries.

Nicola Firth, CEO and founder of Knowledge Bank, added: “We are delighted to welcome Sancus to Knowledge Bank.

“We look forward to presenting their offer to thousands of brokers, giving them easier and faster access to data, thus allowing them to support property professionals across the UK.”
