Since receiving FCA approval at the end of September 2021, Finanze has issued terms on £75m worth of property, totalling £45m in gross loan values.
It also recently launched a new bridging product designed for foreign nationals in partnership with Albatross Capital.

In addition to a new logo, the rebrand includes an updated website and marketing collateral, as well as new services, including:
- experience bridging facilities
- title split purchase bridging loans
- traditional and Shariah revolving credit facilities
- small self-administered scheme (SSAS) development loans
Finanze has also been named as the exclusive broker for Retirement Capital and Empowered Pensions.
