Funding File partners with Prydis




Sourcing and deal management portal Funding File has formed a joint venture with multi-disciplinary professional services firm Prydis.

The Funding File platform offers its 200 broker members direct access to over 150 bridging, commercial, development and refurbishment finance products, which are updated directly by lenders.

Using its case management system, intermediaries can contact lenders directly or submit and manage cases through the application.

As part of the new partnership, Prydis will use its expertise of developing tech platforms for the financial and property services sectors to further improve Funding File’s portal. 

The firm will offer Funding File a range of advice and support, including business mentoring from senior stakeholders with experience in building and taking platforms to market, as well as ongoing portal development.

It will also provide marketing and business development expertise to support the strategic growth of the platform’s lender and broker client base.

In addition, Prydis will invest an undisclosed amount of funds to further develop Funding File.

The company has just launched new features, including a live shared deal tracker that offers brokers and lenders transparency of deal progression, with more other developments in the pipeline.
