He joins the company from Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB), where he was a lending director for seven years.
Prior to this, he worked at Invested for 14 years.

Commenting on his appointment, John said: “I am pleased to have joined Pluto Finance, which has strong institutional backing, including a new partnership with the UK’s largest private pension fund.”
“Pluto has recently dropped its minimum development loan size to £5m, which will allow me to bring its market-leading leverage and pricing to a much wider pool of borrowers.”
