The specialist lender aims to double its bridging finance book by the end of this year, following its recent success, which saw it lend close to £50m over the past six months.
Naseer, who has 15 years of experience in the industry, joins Whitehall Capital from BridgeHelp, where he was head of sales.
In his new role as commercial director, he will focus on expanding the lender's network of brokers and developers.
Meanwhile, Steven, who joins the company from NatWest, will be responsible for strengthening the bridging finance division.
