In her new role, she will be responsible for building Tenn Capital’s London and wider UK presence.
She will also focus on strengthening Tenn Capital’s relationships with brokers, private client advisers and introducers alongside CEO Matt Watson.
Laura joins Tenn Capital from Investec, where she previously worked in a senior business development role.
Prior to this, she worked at Coutts and L&Q.
Commenting on her appointment, Laura said: “I’m excited to join Tenn and help build out the firm’s business development team.

“I was drawn to Tenn in particular due to its mission to provide short-term lending solutions that are designed to fit the needs of high-net-worth borrowers.”
Matt added: “Having Laura on board is a fantastic next step for Tenn and the first member of the business development team that we will build in the months ahead.
“She has great experience serving high-net-worth individuals and working in the lending space.
“Laura was a standout candidate, and we are looking forward to expanding our reach and availability to our contacts in London and throughout the UK.”
