Hope Capital bolsters team

Hope Capital has appointed Sam Lea and Kim Parker as BDMs.

In their new roles, Sam will oversee the firm’s cases across the Midlands, while Kim will work as an internal BDM, using her experience and skill set to help Hope Capital continue to grow and take on increased business volumes.

Sam has over seven years of experience working in the financial services sector, having held roles at Dudley Building Society and, most recently, ML Financial Consultants.

Meanwhile, Kim joins Hope Capital from Barclays, where she worked for over 11 years.

Commenting on his appointment, Sam said: “I’m really excited about my new position at Hope Capital.

“After hearing many great things about the firm, I was keen to have an opportunity to join the team.

“I am passionate about building meaningful, long-term business relationships and I look forward to offering the broker market the great products and service available at Hope Capital.”

Kim added: “Hope Capital is a dynamic and fast-moving company, which has been experiencing a surge in enquiries and completions.

“With plans for further growth, this is a fantastic time to join the team, and I am really looking forward to helping the firm deliver more record numbers in the coming months.”

Roz Cawood, director of sales at Hope Capital, stated: “As we continue to expand and develop our proposition, our recruitment process has had to be highly selective, ensuring we are best positioned to move the business forward.

“Sam and Kim tick every box — they both have a deep understanding of the specialist lending sector and reflect the values we strongly believe in.

“We are delighted to have been able to bring both individuals on board in our sales team and I feel very confident they will hit the ground running at Hope Capital.”
