The first facility was a £2.1m second-charge bridging loan secured on a prime residential apartment in Knightsbridge, central London.
The client required the loan — agreed at 66% LTV over an 18-month term — to release equity for business purposes.
The second facility was a £1.5m senior bridging loan, completed at 30% LTV over an 18-month term and secured against a house in Oxford.

The borrower, an overseas foreign national, used the funds to finish the refurbishment of the property.
Nikita Nigai, financial adviser at Arc & Co, said: “Both clients had reached out to various people in the market and weren’t satisfied with the options available to them.
“It was a pleasure to work alongside Century Capital, which understood the client’s requirements and completed on both deals.”
