Paragon Bank hires BTL regional sales manager

Paragon Bank has appointed Roger Churaman (pictured above) as a regional sales manager for its BTL team.

In his new role, he will be responsible for managing clients in London and the Home Counties.

Roger joins Paragon from Aldermore Bank, where he was a relationship manager.

Prior to this, he spent over a decade working at Lloyds Banking Group, where he managed a portfolio of property investors and developers with a lending book of £30m.

Commenting on his appointment, Roger said: “I am delighted to be joining Paragon Bank as regional sales manager.

“During my time in the mortgage industry, Paragon Bank has always maintained the reputation as being the go-to lender for portfolio landlords.

“Competitive products underpinned by service and common-sense underwriting means that I am confident that I can offer my brokers the best service for them and their clients.”

Jason Wilde, national sales manager at Paragon Bank, added: “I’m really pleased that Roger has joined Paragon Bank; he is a very welcomed addition to an already experienced team of regional managers.

“He joins from a well-respected lender within the complex market, so his experience within this field will be a real asset to both Paragon Bank and our intermediary partners.”
