In his new role, he will be responsible for managing clients in London and the Home Counties.
Roger joins Paragon from Aldermore Bank, where he was a relationship manager.
Prior to this, he spent over a decade working at Lloyds Banking Group, where he managed a portfolio of property investors and developers with a lending book of £30m.

Commenting on his appointment, Roger said: “I am delighted to be joining Paragon Bank as regional sales manager.
