In her new role, she will manage existing and broker relationships in the area, and will report to the bank’s head of intermediary sales, Lottie Clayton.

Emma, who has 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, joins the bank from Octane Capital, where she worked as a BDM. 

Prior to this, she spent 20 years in the same role at Kensington Mortgages.

Commenting on her appointment, Emma said: “This is an exciting time to join the bank; it is constantly improving its range of home finance products and I look forward to growing the network of brokers we work with.”

Lottie added: “Emma has extensive experience in the mortgage industry and will be a real asset to our growing team.
