OSBF set to expand team and launch new brand

One Stop Business Finance (OSBF) has revealed its plans to double its team and launch a new company this summer.

The business aims to recruit a further 12 employees, including an operations and risk director, a relationship manager and a credit controller.

It will also look to welcome six new BDMs for the North — who will report to OSBF’s business development director (North) Rachel Mackenzie — and three BDMs to expand the Midlands team, led by OSBF’s business development director (Midlands) Rebecca Ennis.

In addition, OSBF aims to establish a new company, One Stop Invoice Finance, which will be headed by a newly appointed business finance professional.

Andrew Mackenzie, managing director at OSBF (pictured above), said: "The business has continued to grow rapidly, despite the impact of the pandemic on our working capital lending and, as with all our expansions to date, our future recruitment will be funded fully from the cash that we have generated.

"We had always planned to expand in the North upon Rachel's return, but our invoice finance plans have been accelerated by a couple of years, as we have found an exceptional candidate at an opportune moment.

"With our fantastic rural office location, we are confident of attracting high calibre staff to the invoice finance team.”
