The interactive event will start at 11am and will be moderated by Medianett Publishing’s managing director, Caron Schreuder.
The topic will be: ‘How to energise your team and get at least 10% more return on your salary investment’.
John Franklin-Hackett, founder and chief game changer at Franklin-Hackett, will be joined by Totum Finance’s managing director Piragash Sivanesan, as well as Glenhawk’s sales director Jamie Pritchard and COO Damani Johnson.
During the event, John will discuss current macro focus points for employers and teams and the resulting impetus for why this discussion is important to have now, with input from Totum and Glenhawk from their sector-specific experience and the challenges they are facing.
He will also give an overview of the GC Index and how it can energise and engage teams, as well as highlight how firms can maximise returns on employment and the ways in which team retention can save money.
In addition, Totum Finance will share its experience and success as an existing user of the GC Index.
- What will affect valuations in 2022 and beyond?
- 'We now have an optimum opportunity to improve how we hire'
- Economic bounce-back and avoidance of high unemployment is key for most brokers' success
Speaking ahead of the event, John said: “Rate your team’s level of engagement in your business out of 10 — if you’ve scored anything less than 10, then you’re losing the equivalent percentage from your salary investment every single day.
“This virtual roundtable will show you the secret of how to get your team fully engaged in your business, so that you can not only get that score up to 10, but also have a team of people that finish work each day and are ready to do it all again tomorrow, as if they owned the business themselves.”
Registration is open and free to attend by all professionals working in the sector. As a thank you for attending the event, Franklin-Hackett will be providing everyone who watches it live with a complimentary, personal GC Index profile and review session worth £395.
“This is an exclusive opportunity to discover what energises you as a business owner or leader,” John commented, “how your energies have made you and your business successful, and how you can use them to get the best from your team."
The panel will be taking questions during the event and attendees are encouraged to get involved.
It will also be available to watch after 28th April on B&C.
