Foundation reveals senior promotions

Foundation Home Loans has promoted Keith Jones and Katie Quigley (pictured above) to senior regional account managers.

In their new roles, Keith and Katie will have a range of new responsibilities, including supporting national sales managers and other external regional account managers, providing training and support to the internal BDM team, supporting network events, and taking an active role in both internal and external projects, in addition to continuing to cover their existing regions.

They will both report to Grant Hendry, director of sales at Foundation Home Loans, who was promoted in March this year.

Keith — who has been covering the Midlands area since joining the company in December 2018 — has been working in the mortgage and financial services industry for 25 years.

Prior to working at Foundation Home Loans, he held roles at Lloyds Bank, Together and The Northview Group.

Meanwhile, Katie, who currently covers South Wales and the West, has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.

She joined Foundation Home Loans in January last year, after previously working at Bank of Ireland and Virgin Money.

Commenting on the promotions, Grant said: “As we continue to grow as a lender, it is imperative we have the right infrastructure in place, and this means recognising the talent we already have within the regional account manager team, who are able to step up and take on the additional responsibilities required.

“Over the two years, I have spent managing both Keith and Katie; they have stood out in their roles and as leaders within the sales team, demonstrating their knowledge of the market and their desire to further their careers.

“It is essential that Foundation Home Loans nurtures and develops the talent we have, ensuring we create the platform and the opportunity for progression, and we are therefore very pleased to be able to promote both Keith and Katie to these new roles — I fully expect them to thrive and excel as they have already done within the business.”

This follows a series of promotions the specialist lender recently announced, including the appointment of George Gee and Kelly Pallister to managing directors of the commercial and operations divisions, respectively.
