Synergy Commercial Finance reveals new strategic lending partnerships




Synergy Commercial Finance has entered into strategic partnerships with a select number of property and alternative finance lenders for the financial year ending April 2023.

The partnerships will allow lenders to build stronger relationships with the firm’s individual ARs and head office sales team via a platform, which offers direct access, communication and events across the year to support knowledge building for our brokers.

The partners are split into three groups: bronze, silver and gold — all of which will have the opportunity to attend Synergy’s annual Meet the Funder event.

Silver partners will also be able to attend and present at Synergy regional gatherings, have exclusive virtual meetings, and benefit from branded email communications sent to Synergy brokers.

Meanwhile, gold partners with have the same benefits as the silver group, together with other perks, including the opportunity to attend an exclusive event with Synergy’s top 10 brokers selected by them.

Synergy’s chosen gold partners are Together and Funding Circle, and the silver partners are Allica Bank, Alternative Bridging Corporation, Castle Trust Bank, Fleximize, LendInvest, Merchant Money, Reward Finance Group and Shawbrook Bank.

The bronze partners will be revealed at the firm’s next Meet the Funder event in December.
