In his new role, he will cover the north and north west of Wales.
John has significant experience working in the specialist finance sector, having held numerous business development and financial services roles throughout his career, most recently at Aldermore Bank.
The move comes as the marketplace lending platform aims to achieve record lending levels in 2022.
