Adam’s new role sees him reporting to divisional head Gerard Morgan Jackson and focusing on expanding the specialist bank’s lending to clients across central London and the South of England.
Before joining UTB, Adam was vice president — head of origination at Hilltop Credit Partners.
Before that, he worked at specialist lender Octane Capital, where he was senior manager.
Adam has experience in several commercial and residential real estate finance sectors, including structured, pre-development, property investment finance and complex bridging.
He has also worked with HNWI and corporate clients, off-shore entities, and family offices, providing multi-million-pound, bespoke facilities.

“I enjoy offering a solutions-led approach to lending, structuring the product around the client’s needs, and I look forward to working with Gerard and the UTB team as they continue to grow and expand their offering to customers delivering the very highest levels of personal service,” said Adam.
Gerard commented: “Adam brings a great deal of experience to the team and, most importantly, he shares our passion for delivering bespoke solutions outside of a traditional criteria-led framework.”
UTB’s structured finance division has enjoyed a busy H1 2022, reaching a record volume of new business and developing its commercial lending proposition.
The finance provider offers secured funding facilities for individuals and businesses, and deposit accounts for individuals, businesses, and charities.
