Reim Capital and Arc & Co complete £3.5m loan

The client required the funds to refinance an existing facility, which was previously used to acquire a retail warehouse unit in north east England.

The deal also provided additional funds to purchase another site for the borrower’s next project.

The £3.5m facility —  agreed on a 12-month loan term — was completed in less than a month.
