Elysium Bridging completes £1.8m loan in Pembrokeshire

Elysium Bridging recently completed a £1.8m loan on a block of apartments in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

The deeply intricate deal took four months to complete, with Elysium able to arrange the £1,820,000 loan for a term of 12 months at a rate of 0.99%, with a 70% LTV.

Alastair Hoyne, managing director of Finanze, introduced the deal to the lender.

This isn't the first time Elysium and Finanze have worked together; the two previously created a revolving credit facility to save clients from unnecessary fees.

The exit strategy involves refinancing onto commercial BTL.

“This was a highly complex deal,” said Paul Kermath, business development manager at Elysium.

“There were a large number of legal issues, and the property was acquired by our client through a complex structure.”

He added by working closely with Finanze and the client, the company was able to bring the loan to a successful close.

Paul Gammond, CEO at Elysium, said: “This recent loan is a typical example of how we can work with clients who have complex structural needs.

“It was great to work with professionals like Alastair and his team on this deal, we look forward to working with them in the future”.
