In the newly created role, he will be responsible for reviewing all areas of risk in the business, creating systems to mitigate risk, and ensuring that all regulatory obligations are fulfilled.
He will report directly to Yeliz Yusuf, LML’s chief operating officer.
Reshad, who has over two decades of compliance-related experience, joins the company from Connect IFA, where he was head of risk and quality assurance.
Prior to this, he held roles at the Bank of England, Investec Bank, Kensington Mortgages and Mantra Capital.
