The Association of Bridging Professionals (AOBP), which represents a member base of intermediaries, master brokers and packagers, is celebrating its first birthday.
The association exists to provide a forum for discussion on non-competitive issues, acting as a trade body to help promote a favourable operating environment and providing information to assist members in their business.
The meeting aims to document the AOBP’s first year and cover the growth it has experienced, the support of its membership and its general progress as a representative body in the bridging sector.
The event will be held at Altitude 360° on the 29th floor of the Millbank Tower on Thursday, October 6 2011.
There will be presentations by the Executive Committee, prominent industry figures and a select group of Affiliate lenders – there will also be representatives from the NACFB and the astl.
Presentation topics will include property valuation, current market trends and FSA regulation – all following a buffet breakfast at 10pm. The event has been billed as a perfect occasion for intermediaries to meet like-minded professionals and gain insight into the future of bridging finance and its multitude of opportunities.
Whilst the event is open to members only, the AOBP is taking on new applications. All questions relating to the event, including access to limited press invitations, as well as membership application, may be directed to AOBP Secretary, Tina Patel,
All press and media enquiries should be directed to Press Officer, Craig Scott,
