Carol has nearly 50 years of experience in banking — 24 of which were spent at the Bank of England, where she held various roles, including being responsible for the worldwide supervision of major UK banking groups.
Throughout her career, she also worked at Lloyds Banking Group as chief risk officer, and at the UK Financial Services Authority, where she spent five years working in senior roles.
In addition to her NED position at PCF Bank, Carol serves as an NED at Danske Bank A/S — where she is chair of the risk committee and member of the conduct and compliance committee — and as a senior NED, chair of the risk committee and member of the audit committee at Belmont Green Finance.
