The interactive event will start at 11am and will be moderated by Medianett Publishing’s managing director, Caron Schreuder.

The topic will be: ‘EPC, social housing and BTL’.

Together’s BDM Sally Precious Ward and head of social housing Alex Bodie will be joined by Lucy Barrett, managing director at Aria Finance; and Wayne Gray, managing director at DMI Finance.

During the event, the panelists will talk about the pressure put on landlords to get properties to an EPC rating of C and above by 2025, and the possibility of some of them selling up and leaving the market due to the current market difficulties.
