This is the second time the lender has brought out the range — the lender initially launched it in early December 2022, and its tranche sold out before Christmas.
The four new products offer loans between £100,000-£500,000 at 75% LTV, with rates starting from 5.09% with a 5% fee and going up to 5.69% with a 2% fee.

The range is only available for a limited time for standard properties, including new builds.
Paul Brett, managing director for intermediaries at Landbay, commented: “When we launched our special edition range a month ago, it sold out very quickly so we know there is demand.
"I’m really pleased we are able to bring another tranche to the BTL market so soon into the new year.”
