In his new role, he will be working within the real estate finance/secured lending team to support the firm’s existing client base, as well as strengthen the company’s offering and help with its further growth.
Throughout his career, Mark has covered a broad spectrum within the real estate sector, mainly acting for commercial lenders with deals worth over £30m.
He joins Fletcher Day from Lawrence Stephens, where he was an associate.

Commenting on his appointment, Mark said: “I was really impressed by the team at Fletcher Day and the ambition shown in its plans for the future.
“I can’t wait to see what I can add to an already very exciting outfit.”
