Louise — who joined the business in November 2017 before being promoted to the role of operations director in December 2020 — will now take on several responsibilities, including managing and maintaining relationships with both lenders and their brokers.
Meanwhile, Natalie — who has been working as an operations manager since August 2018 — will step up to oversee the day-to-day running of the business.
