MS Lending Group hits £100m lending milestone

MS Lending Group has surpassed £100m in lending in its first two years of trading.

This represents a 268% increase in the lender’s loan book compared to 2021.

The firm has also expanded its office space in the final quarter of 2022 in order to continue to increase its team and levels of business.

In addition, it reported record monthly lending levels in December last year, having completed over £17.6m worth of loans.

Commenting on the news, MS Lending’s founder and CEO Michael Stratton (pictured above), said he was really pleased with the achievement.

“Our clients are capitalising on our no-valuation up to £500,000, and desktop valuation up to £2m products.

“However, I think our relationship-led lending [and] our speed and service are ultimately what brought so much new and repeat business.

“I am thrilled at the amount of lending we have been able to complete for our clients, and I am so grateful for everyone’s continued support.

“We more than exceeded our 2022 lending targets, and while we’re conscious of the current challenging economic outlook, 2023 is set to take MS Lending Group to even higher levels.”
