Based in the cinema at The Courthouse Hotel in Soho from 3-7pm on 20th June, the interactive afternoon will feature four panel discussions on bridging, development finance, commercial mortgages and BTL, as well as Q&A sessions with industry experts.
Brokers, lenders, valuers and solicitors will be able to amplify their knowledge by asking leaders in the specialist finance market their crucial questions over popcorn.
Drinks and refreshments will be held during the interval from 4:45pm-5:30pm, with the first debate starting at 3:15pm.
With limited seats available, register now to be among the titans in the specialist finance industry.
Beth Fisher, managing director at Medianett Publishing, commented: “We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first ever Specialist Finance Symposium.
“Education is integral to our market, so we decided to host a unique event that encompasses all areas of specialist finance so that intermediaries can engage in the latest topical debates and stay ahead of the curve — all in one afternoon.
“In addition to the Q&A sessions during each panel debate, we will also be encouraging attendees to vote on topical market matters to provide unique insights into this ever-evolving sector.
“Considering the limited number of seats available, we encourage professionals to register promptly and secure their place.

“We look forward to welcoming the industry to this extraordinary event and fostering meaningful discussions and connections within the specialist finance community.”
Imogen Williams, regional sales manager at MFS, said: “We are looking forward to being a part of the Specialist Finance Symposium.
“The event comes at a critical time for the industry — the macroeconomic trends of rising interest rates and high inflation have created a ripple effect, with lenders, brokers and property investors needing to adapt accordingly.
“The Specialist Finance Symposium will be a great opportunity to get together and discuss the landscape, as well as hear about the innovative ways in which the specialist finance sector is responding to the needs of brokers and borrowers — both through the products lenders are offering and the ways they are delivering them.”
Steve Cox, chief commercial officer at Fleet Mortgages, added: “We are very pleased to be supporting the Specialist Finance Symposium and taking a full part in the event and the panel session covering the BTL market.
“It’s clear from our activity that the need for specialist advice in this space is vital, and we continue to look for ways to support advisers who are looking after landlord clients with their finance needs."
The full-line up and agenda will be revealed over the coming weeks.
