After online voting closed on 5th June, our external judging panels have spent the past week shortlisting the companies and individuals within the bridging, commercial, development, BTL and specialist banking sectors.

This year’s ceremony on 21st September will see the introduction of seven new awards: Specialist BTL Broker of the Year, Best Surveyor, Best Specialist Finance Partner, Large Loan Lender of the Year, Best Specialist Finance Network, Green Product of the Year, and Best D&I Campaign of the Year.

As part of a new and improved process, shortlisted companies will be required to submit a five-minute video explaining why they deserve to be crowned in their category, while individual nominees will be interviewed by our expert judges live on 27th July.

All shortlisted nominees will be contacted directly regarding next steps to support their nomination.

The names of the winners — following the official judging day on 27th July — will be kept a closely guarded secret until this year’s Rio de Janeiro Carnival-themed event at the Hurlingham Club.
