Scott will be responsible for managing Toorak’s asset portfolio and servicing oversight process.
He brings nearly 25 years’ experience to the firm as prior to joining Toorak, he served as VP at Cenlar FSB, where he developed and implemented critical enterprise-wide risk management processes.
During his 17-year tenure at Ally, Scott rose to the position of MD, leading a team of 25 associates to manage mortgage service operations for the bank’s $11bn (£8.6bn) portfolio.
