Roz has a 25-year career in specialist finance sales, working with lenders such as Precise Mortgages, LendInvest and Masthaven.

She was most recently at Hope Capital, where she was director of sales for more than two years.

Roz has a range of experience in the specialist property finance industry, with extensive knowledge of bridging, development, and commercial real estate finance.

Her appointment comes as StreamBank continues to build its lending business after securing its banking licence earlier this year.

In her new role, Roz will be responsible for managing the lender’s sales team.
