The new product range includes:
- residential bridging options at maximum 75% LTV, priced from 0.89%
- semi-commercial bridging loans, with rates from 0.99% at up to 70% LTV
- commercial bridging loans at maximum 65% LTV, with rates starting 1.09%
- land with planning bridging facilities at up to 60% LTV, priced from 1.45%
