Cast your votes for the 2024 Power List now.

The theme of the next Power List is Industry Heroes.

The list will pay homage to the top industry professionals who have made a significant and impactful change to a particular business or to the industry as a whole in 2023, which has fundamentally and positively changed the way that firm and/or the market operates.

All people within the industry can be put forward for the Power List, including lenders, brokers, surveyors, lawyers, and any other professionals involved in the finance transaction chain.

Please note that we are only accepting nominations for individuals, not companies.

Individuals are welcome to make multiple submissions, but you can also nominate yourself once.

To nominate, you will need to submit one detailed example of what the nominee has implemented within the business or the wider market, and how exactly that has improved the firm and/or the specialist finance sector — this must include:

• a clear description of the action/initiative implemented by the nominee, and the reason for doing this
• how the nominee tackled this task and what they did to ensure the success of the initiative
• the specific improvements the initiative brought to the business and/or wider industry (including specific results/data to showcase this)

We encourage submissions to provide as much detail as possible to clearly illustrate the positive impact the nominee has had on the business and/or the industry.

The submission should also include a high-res colour photo of the nominee, which will be used in the Bridging & Commercial Magazine, should the person be selected for the 2024 Power List.

There is no threshold when it comes to experience (the Power List can include anyone from a fledgling graduate to a company CEO), as long as the submission adheres to the nomination rules.

Voting closes on 8th January 2024 at 5pm, so ensure you get your submissions in ASAP by nominating here.

The 2024 Power List will be published as the cover story for the Jan/Feb 2024 issue of the Bridging & Commercial Magazine, which comes out mid-February.

How will Bridging & Commercial Magazine decide on who makes it onto the 2024 Power List?

Once we close submissions on 8th January, the Medianett Publishing team will then decide who makes the final list.

We will deliberate this based on the submissions with regard to who put in exceptional effort and showed great dedication to improving the business and industry, and the impact that the nominee’s actions have positively changed the business and the way the industry operates.

Final numbers will be established based on the level and quality of submissions — which we expect to be high.

The final 2024 Power List will be kept a closely-guarded secret until the Jan/Feb issue of the Bridging & Commercial Magazine lands in mid-February 2024.
