Dave brings almost 25 years of experience within the asset-based lending sector, having previously worked as a BDM for nearly 15 years at RBS Invoice Finance.
He joins CBF from Secure Trust Bank commercial finance, where he worked as regional sales director for almost a decade.
In his new role, Dave will utilise his experience in sponsor-backed deals to help diversify CBF’s customer portfolio.
He will also bring significant business operations experience to support CBF’s continued growth in the asset-based lending sector.
Commenting on his appointment, Dave said: “CBF has really established itself as an ABL leader within a relatively short time period, building a strong client base and offering an exciting market proposition, so it is a great opportunity to be joining the team as it grows.

“With the team having built a reputation for larger deals with sponsors, I’ll be particularly focused on driving this forward, helping to diversify CBF’s client base.
