Glenhawk appoints new managing director of sales amid regulated and unregulated product range changes

Glenhawk has promoted Jamie Pritchard (pictured above), to managing director of sales and made changes to its regulated and unregulated product range.

Alongside overseeing the ongoing product revamp, Jamie will also be responsible for the launch of several new products and initiatives planned for the coming months, while maintaining necessary infrastructure and internal and external process standards.

Jamie joined Glenhawk in 2021 as director of sales and has overseen a 60% increase in loan book size, a 53% increase in the lender’s introducer network.

As part of its product revamp, Glenhawk has also overhauled its regulated and unregulated product range, including rate reductions across the board — the lender has attributed the changes to a reaction to increasing client demand from an improving macroeconomic environment.

The lender has also made changes to its offerings since the start of 2024, by reducing rates across all its products, increased LTV to 75% on regulated products, launched its mixed residential product, and removed exit fees for its refurbishment product.

Jamie commented on Glenhawk’s product changes: “Our foot is firmly on the accelerator, and this overhaul of our product range is merely a prelude to what is gearing up to be a game-changing year for the business.

“With rates stabilising, more investors are looking to deploy capital and unlock value from the UK’s resilient residential market and we have reacted quickly, with the changes made having already been incredibly well received.”

Guy Harrington, CEO at Glenhawk, commented on jamie’s appointment: “This well-deserved promotion comes ahead of what is going to be a massive year for Glenhawk.

“Having doubled our fund capacity, we can accelerate our lending ambitions and continue to innovate in response to client demand, including moving into more niche products and refining our green lending strategy.”
