Together writes over 13,400 loans in one year




Together has supported over 13,400 transactions in the past year, said the lender.

The firm recorded 13,414 loans written between March 2023 and the end of February this year.

In February alone, the group completed 1,154 transactions for its customers, recording a month of over £250m of new lending, with over 920 loans in its unregulated arm and supported over 230 regulated customers.


Short-term bridging loans totalled £110.8m while the firm’s 294 BTL mortgages amounted to nearly £54.3m.

Chris Baguley, group channel development director, said: “The past 12 months have been incredible with more than 13,400 completions to the end of February.

“It’s fantastic to have such a positive impact in providing the best possible outcomes for our customers, as our focus continues to be the best service provider in the UK lending market.”
